In the Utility Sector, almost all executives deal with the most common problem of accurate demand forecasting.  Here we are focusing on Power sector Utility. They make every attempt to improve the Demand forecasting so that they can improve customer satisfaction by avoiding shortages and also improve profitability by reducing costly purchases or selling excess power availability.
